About Us

Transparent head showcasing a brain with many colors flowing into and out of it.

Businesses thrive when different ways of thinking are understood, supported, and valued—not forced to fit a single mold.

Our Mission

From the brilliant polymath mind feeling like disability is the only option or the frustrated employee on a PIP (performance improvement plan) to the knowledgeable leader who seems like they just don’t really get it— we’ve been there. We’ve seen it from the outside. And we’ve helped countless individuals go from barely surviving to thriving.

Attitudes can make or break a team. But what if that person with attitude wasn’t the a**hole you thought they were? What if they just needed some simple accommodations like wearing sunglasses or the freedom to walk during a meeting to reduce mental and physical pain? Or a safe peer to help guide them through social interactions with an accepting team who understands they are not intending to be rude?

Combing real-world business experience with psychology practices, Eunoia™ provides the tools for neurodivergent individuals to leverage their unique minds to not just find their place in world but bring about innovative solutions with business value.

Because when you focus on people – business results follow.
