About Us

Our Story

From the brilliant polymath mind feeling like disability is the only option or the frustrated employee on a PIP (performance improvement plan) to the knowledgeable leader who seems like they just don’t really get it— we’ve been there. We’ve seen it from the outside. And we’ve helped countless individuals go from barely surviving to thriving.

Attitudes can make or break a team. But what if that person with attitude wasn’t the asshole you thought they were? What if they just needed some simple accommodations like wearing sunglasses or the freedom to walk during a meeting to reduce mental and physical pain? Or a safe peer to help guide them through social interactions with an accepting team who understands they are not intending to be rude?

EunoiaTM is a Neurodivergent Framework combing the business acumen of Felicia M. L. Davis with the clinical expertise of Nancy L. Wainscott, LPC-A. From those with formal diagnoses to those who merely have suspicions, the beauty of thought often needs a little guidance to fully express it in a way others can understand and relate. Diagnosed as an adult, Felicia first handedly knows the challenges and strengths of living with a neurodivergent mind. As a leader, she had the pleasure of helping other neurodivergent employees understand themselves and how to share their value quickly pivoting from being on the verge of losing their job to filling a tough role their brains thrived in.

Combing real-world business experience from small businesses, non-profits, and a fortune 500 company with seasoned therapists, EunoiaTM provides the tools for neurodivergent individuals to leverage their unique minds to not just find their place in world but bring about innovative solutions with business value.

Because when you focus on people – business results follow.

People Centered

Our values define who we are and how we work. At EunoiaTM, we prioritize people not just being seen but empowered to leverage their strengths in a way that weaknesses become irrelevant. Small changes from leaders who understands the need for specific headphones to block out noise to neurodivergent individuals learning how to decode the social nuances of work, the EunoiaTM Framework is built on partnership. Starting with understanding of needs and building towards adaptations, we partner with our clients to tackle any issue from environmental to communication unlocking the power of unique minds collaborating on diverse teams to foster an environment where all thrive!
